Memorandum of Understanding between the AFoPS, International Arctic Science Committee (IASC),
and Sceintific Committee on Antarctic Research (SCAR) was signed and exchanged during
the closing ceremony of SCAR OSC, on August 26th, 2016, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
